Ensuring Our Participants Always Have A Voice & Are Heard Farmington Holdings was founded on the belief that each and every participant should be wholeheartedly included at every step of their support process. Since our founding, our entire team have been completely focused on making this goal a reality. It’s a huge part of our company ethos, our direction, and - to put it plainly - the reason why so many of us enjoy our job. Treating our participants as an integral and collaborative partner in our support service is (we like to think) the main reason for the number of successful support programs we’ve provided. It’s also the difference that we wholeheartedly try to bring to each one of our participants across Australia. To take the time to sit down with each person, truly listen to them and understand their needs: we feel it’s our privilege and our duty to tailor high-quality support to as many people as we can. In this way, we want to ensure that our participants always have a voice, and their support program is not just a simple to-do list.
